Returns to Arabella's Baby Boutique

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to us within 14 days in its original, saleable condition with a note stating the reason for sending it back along with your name, address and order number. Failure to include this information may result in a delay in your refund being processed.

You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). The cost of returning any item is your responsibility. You will be refunded the full value of the item, less delivery charge.

Clearance and Sale items are exchange only.

If order qualifies for free delivery but full order is returned, unless faulty refund will be less £3.99 delivery cost. 

Payment plan items are exchange only. 

For exchanges additional postage costs may be incurred.

Please ensure that your purchase does not come into contact with anything that may mark or damage it, such as drinks, food or cigarettes. We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Please allow 10 working days from when the product has been received by us to process a refund. The time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same account or card with which you made your original purchase.
